Use these Beef rounds to ring bologna, ring liver sausage, blood sausage, knockwurst, mettwurst, kiszka, Polish sausage and holstiener. Castings are stuffed up to 80 lbs of sausage and are packed in purified salt for longevity when properly stored. Not edible and unrefrigerated, these salted casings quickly produce a strong odor however they are not spoiled. To reduce the intensity of odor, put these rings back into the refrigerator.
