This Powdered Dextrose is used to prepare semi-dry cured and dry-cured sausages. It is 70% sweet as compared to any regular sugar. It helps in generating nutrients for lactic acids which results in less fermentation and a rich tangy flavor. Dextrose is heavier than meat and forces itself into the cells of meat.
