Great tool and the inclusion of cleaning brushes. I use it with a circular dehydrator and a nozzle that has one flat snout would be a welcome addition. Lots of wasted space in the dehydrator

I have been making jerkey for years. This gun is the absolutely the best I have ever used. Solidly built and easy to use and clean. This unit is a real game changer with the large capacity and dual nozzles.

At first, one never knows if the picture one sees on the internet is going to be quality or not. This is quality goods with excellent instructions. Now how difficult can a meat gun be? The instructions said to form the jerky mixture into balls that would fit down the tube. I had a much smaller cookie shooter that I used years ago. This instruction would have saved me pain and discomfort. Now comes this large shooter...with accessories for cleaning it, for making sausage, for packing the meat in the tube, and to provide two different kinds of jerky styles. Whoever designed this package and priced it so resonably is a winner in my book. It's heavy in the hand, easy to use, and yes, one has to learn how to create lines of jerky by squeezing just enough. A couple of loads of jerky later and my jerky is perfect. I'm even testing different recipes now...though the company also provides a few packs excellent jerky spices, too. Here you are....a useful tool for the kitchen. I can think of a few other ways it could be used...stuffing grape leaves for Greek dishes...etc. Good product? NO. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
