Other fruits can easily substitute for the strawberries; try seedless grapes, mango slices, papaya chunks, or any low-acid fruit.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fruit juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 large banana, cut up

    Directions
    In a blender container combine fruit juice, strawberries, yogurt, and banana. Cover and blend until smoth. Makes one 12-ounce glass.
