The Excalibur 2400 Food Dehydrator (Model ED 2400 4 tray) is the starter model in Excalibur's Economy 2000 Series, perfect for an individual or a small family!

GET NON-STICK SHEETS - For fruit leathers, rollups, taffies, crackers and anything that starts out as a puree or liquid as the mesh sheets included with this dehydrator will not support these. ParaFlexx Premium are PTFE coated non-stick sheets, ParaFlexx Ultra are Silicone non-stick sheets (not as good a non-stick option as Premium, but the only choice for those who want PTFE-Free sheets), Unbranded Sheets are generic PTFE coated non stick sheets.
