This plunger tamper measures 4" long from the base to the handle stop (which is the distance the plunger can be inserted into the juicer). The 3.5" plunger is no longer available. Please measure this distance prior to ordering. Damaged tampers are not returnable if inserted into the older juicer model that is only 3.5" deep.
Replacement plunger / pusher / tamper for the Acme 6001 and 5001 models
This is for the newer models of these machines. This is approximately 5 3/8 inches long. These new parts go approximately 4" into the juicer chute.
This Plunger / Pusher will only fit models from July 2005 or newer
