This beautiful 5 Liter fermenting pot makes it easy to ferment your own sauerkraut, beets, pickles and other vegetables. Made of fine-grained, kiln-fired and lead-free glazed stoneware which makes the exterior as well as interior very smooth and appearance flawless.
The TSM German style 5 Liter fermenting crock pot replicates traditional European design. Each 5 liter crock is constructed with a water sealable cover or gutter to keep out oxygen, while allowing fermentation gases to escape. They are perfect for making sauerkraut and Kimchi as well as fermenting a wide variety of vegetables including, beets, beans, carrots, cucumbers and much more. Lead and Cadmium free. 2 piece stone weights included.
