Our Red Bologna Casings are made of synthetic and can be used to make large size sausages, like bologna and more easily. The fiber in these casings are uniform in terms of length and they are strong and do not break at the time of stuffing. They produce smoke just like a natural casing and there is no need to keep them in refrigerator. For better results, soak them 20-30 minutes in water before using them.
